It's only been a little over a week, but it's time for another update!
The biggest news, the voice actor for Unicorn McFeel-Good for both the visual novel and the audiobook has been revealed. And it's Mylo Reid, I'm super excited to have been able to work with him. And hope to have him voice other members of the cast as there are many.
Star Lostry has been designed, you may have seen him floating around Reddit or Twitter. No official release. He's also tentatively been cast.
I've gotten the line artwork back for Coyote and he's looking good, he should be revealed within the next couple weeks. I'm both very excited for his inclusion in PSA, but also nervous. He's sort of been tentatively cast.
I've begun writing Coyote's route, it's at about 80% of the way completed, really close he'll likely be the first alternative route written.
I'm about 85% of the way through editing of the novel, basically one chapter and just a couple other passes of a few chapters remain. In a story with so many details and things I just like to be safe. I'm not the most grammatically intelligent writer, but I do my best.
I've begun writing Ferdinand's biography and ending, he's also been tentatively cast.
Johnny McCree has been tentatively cast.
All of Johnny's dialogue has been extracted and written, this includes a few lines exclusive to the game.
One background has been completed it is of the 3rd class in the game/book.
Second background has begun for the 2nd hour class.
Still waiting on the last of the music there's a particular class we've been struggling a little bit with composing an alternate theme for.
All of Daniel's lines have been extracted and written again he has some additional lines exclusive to the game based on player's choices.
And I believe that's about everything I got for you all at this juncture. As always there's still a very long ways to go, but we're making steady progress. I think it's still possible the game will be finished by late 2022. I've never built a game before so still humming and ar-ing about whether I'll pay a programmer or learn to code the game myself. Really just going to depend on budget and time, as I could really see myself not having the time between my 9-5 and writing for my other projects. But for now we're making our way through this!
